To make managing your phone and it's features easier you can install the Mitel Connect software on your windows or apple computer. 

 

1. Click the link https://drive.google.com/file/d/1xOql2UihzO5HQSzcM1pCw5C_LCz7tpXL/view?usp=sharing
2. From your Downloads folder, double-click the Mitel Connect installer
3. Drag the “Shoretel Connect” over to the Applications folder
4. When you first open the program it will ask for the server name, username, and password. Enter:
   • Server: 10.64.32.90
   • Username: middletown\your computer username
   • Password: your computer password

Note: To use Mitel Connect from outside the district you must sign in through VPN.
